The Ajax Youth Academy Scholarship initiative discovers and assists remarkable soccer talent. We offer elite coaching and schooling for driven young athletes preparing for professional careers.
Open to global male and female athletes between 13–19 years. Applicants must showcase elite-level football abilities and a serious dedication to their studies.

Exclusions of Award
The grant includes total or partial soccer coaching, full board staying, official training gear, health insurance, and full entry to our high-performance gym facilities.
Overseas airfare, personal spending money, visa costs, and private tutoring outside of our standard school curriculum are not covered by the scholarship.
Timeframe
Schooling Expectations
Awards are granted for a full ten-month school cycle. Extensions are available depending on athletic growth reports and academic performance.
Athletes are required to keep a steady grade point average and attend all lessons. We balance schooling with sport to ensure a career path beyond the stadium.

Chosen athletes must abide by the academy rules, participate in every training, play in league games, and uphold the Ajax Youth Academy name with professional behavior.

Judging Standards
Key Deadlines
Entries are judged on individual skill, spatial awareness, physical power, mental toughness, and consistent performance in the classroom environment.
Entry opens: January 1st. Closing date for summer start: May 15th. Results announced for all winners: June 30th.

Who is eligible for the grant?
What skill level is required?
Grants are available for gifted boys and girls from ages 13 to 19. We welcome applications from both local residents and global candidates.
We seek out individuals with elite growth potential and smart game knowledge. Applicants should have a background in competitive team environments.
Is there a specific language used?
What is included in the grant?
English serves as our main language for coaching and classes. We also provide language support to help international players adjust quickly.
Coverage includes pro coaching, full room and board, team kits, and health coverage. Partial grants might focus only on the costs of the sport training.
Do you help with visas and healthcare?
Yes, we provide necessary visa support documents and full medical insurance. However, the player is responsible for official visa application fees.
Is it possible to renew a grant?
Grants are valid for one school year. Continued support is based on soccer talent development, personal conduct, and academic achievements.
What costs are excluded here?
Global flights, visa fees, and personal pocket money are excluded. Candidates are responsible for their own transportation costs to our home base.
How do you select your players?
We first review your sporting resume and highlight films. Shortlisted players may receive an invitation for a live trial at our home academy.
